We stayed for our 2nd year wedding anniversary and the staff was very accommodating, customer service was exceptional. The room was very updated with a comfortable bed. Tony has such an amazing personality and the restaurant was really upscale and the food was great.

The hotel feels modern and comfortable, and the staff especially Luis and Ailin at the front desk were super helpful and kind. Housekeeping did an excellent job too. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked really good as well, totally recommend this place!
This is the best hotel in Greenwich. The rooms are modern, and very clean, and the workers are friendly. However, you should not go here if you are sensitive to noises while sleeping, because the hotel is right next to I-95 which can get pretty loud.

I was there a few days for work. We had the best time and the food at Tony’s restaurant was incredible! Five of us split many items and every item was delicious. Loved the truffle mashed potatoes! Not much in walking and we ventured out short uber to Greenwich Ave to shop. Service was attentive to issues quickly ! The ambiance was lovely
Pretty decent hotel, rooms were clean, great tech, and the service was fantastic. We went during the offseason but I can definitely tell how it would be too loud especially if you’re closer to the lobby or if the pool was open. Beds weren’t the worst in the world however, I would have hoped for something a bit more comfortable, we stayed in a double room and one of the beds had a pretty large dip on one side. I would consider coming again because it is certainly convenient if you’re going into NYC but I can’t say it would be my first choice primarily because of the beds.
Best hotel in this area! The rooms are extremely clean (they even have remotes in a fresh bag labeled cleaned), the rooms feel like they were designed with the guests in mind - the light switches were easy to navigate and the shower head was away from the shower valve so I don’t have to get splashed with freezing water while adjusting the temperature, the amenities were very thoughtful (make up removing wipes included as well as a toilet warmer). The staff is very lovely and welcoming! Really enjoyed the experience.
